210.246.16.5 <--Account attacker

I just got an email about my account being:

locked because
someone has tried to log into the account with the wrong password more than 5
times.

The IP of the fool was:
210.246.16.5

His ISP can be found at:
http://paradise.net.nz/

Any chance that IP can be blocked please?

Account is locked for 15 minutes, makes it hard to guess (in 5 attempts) passwords.

If it happens again, I'll block the IP.

Same IP is shared by many users of the ISP, I don't want to ban innocent visitors.

That's why I don't ban the IP's of spammers (free Xbox etc...).

Seriously though, I think that sounds reasonable. I can't imagine why someone would want to access a normal members account anyway? fools!
