Ban Advertisers and Spammers Please!

This is to the forum moderators: Can you not close the accounts of those who insist on posting blatant commercial adverts? -- They really get on my nerves taking up space on the forum listings!
Such posters are not tolerated on other support forums so why here?
One such offender calls himself 'markltd', currently flogging mobile phones.
Posting same several times a week.

I ban 2-3 people daily, but they register again and again, with different email accounts.

I can't ban their IP address, it will block many innocent visitors.
