Wrong IMHO
Posting other peoples IPs is wrong. If it's spoofed/proxied/dynamically allocated you open up others that might get the IP to attack.
Not to mention blocking such IPs could refuse many innocent people access to resources they deserve.
If you want to warn the management, at least use PM.
