can i remove a thread/post

hi all, is it possible to remove one of youre own threads youre self if know one has an answer to it, for lets say a week or two,thanks.

oopps, before any one gets on my back,in other words it was a stupid question in the first place..... ok, just forget it and get on with more important stuff ok,no no no, i said ..... FORGET IT, ERR THANKS ANY WAY.

Sorry for the delay.

Many times solutions are found weeks later. It also helps find other people facing similar problem and add their helpful bit even if it doesn't solve the problem.

hey mr tool, i am not complaining, this is the best forum on the net, i was only trying to say i realised my post was unesasery and there are far more important post to be getting on with, ive been on this site for quite a while now and this site is like a free manual for those of us who want to get to grips with computers, i take my hat off to you all and have chipped in my self now and then, excuse my spilling, had a couple o beers u c...i ten to trawl the forum for an ansewer be for i start a thread so as not to waste any ones time... thanks man n tsake care... dave.
