Too many sound problems

Just a question:

Why are there so many people who have problems with their sound, especially after reformating or erasing some files???

Can't we have a FAQ section so that the number of people who keep getting these problem will somewhat decrease.

Preventing the problem would be as good as solving it. I would also like to know how to NOT get these sound problems, "sound device missing" or any other things...

Hi Hypark, TBH that's why I found your forum, sound problems.
I would have thought that the # of permutations of problems made it difficult to offer a "one size fits all" answer.
All problems that occur are "Duh, simple" to someone, it's the rest of us poor schmucks that are trying to climb the greasy pole.
It's no problem at all to guide someone to the solution that is elsewhere on the forum, imho that is what forums are for, otherwise you just stick up an FAQ and shut down the posting.
