Good video card brands?

Are brands like Powercolor, Sapphire, Info-tek, Diamond, Connect3D, Gigabyte and any others I haven't mentioned any good or should I just buy from ATI. I'm getting a new Radeon 9600(probably XT) and was wanting to save some money.

my computer currently has a powercolor radeon 9200 in it, and its been working great for the last 6 months. as for the other companys i dont have any expirence with them..
