Hello buddy,
if you want to play some serious 3D games, for example
DOOM 3
HITMAN CONTRACTS
PRINCE OF PERSIA WARRIOR WITHIN
etc.
such games really power hungry so i suggest you to buy any card from Nvidia 6000 series. I am also using Nvidia 6200 GT 128MB, its great with superb performance, but it disturbs your budget when buy it.
I advice you two things, first check your requirement and then check budget and then plan to buy a card.
Anyway both card vendors are doing hardwork, and both are good in general.
