CS server not working with router !!!

Im currently using RCN cable with NETGEAR FA311 Fast Ethernet Adapter. When i make a Counter-Strike server any body can find or join my server but the problem is i can only get my ip but not my port. my port seems to keep changing everyday..

This hopefully has all the information you should need. I'm sorry I can't be of more help but I haven't a bloody clue about this type of thing. I just know everything at our LAN was a bit of a non-starter until we were directed here by the VALVE help pages.
