Xbox Live problems
I have had problems for the last 5 weeks with trying to get xbox live to work. I connect through a dlink 604 E router. When I try to make an account it says xbox live cannot connect and then goes through a list...
1. Cables connected
2. IP confirmed
3. DNS resolved
4. Xbox LIVE cannot connect
The only error that I can find on the xbox is that I have failed the ICMP test or IC whatever you want to call it. On the xbox website it says it must say 1 on the xbox to pass but on my xbox it says 0, so obviously I failed the test. I've called the company and they can't seem to figure it out. Can anyone help me?...
