I definately still play Earthbound for the SNES. Here are the steps involved:
1. Obtain copy of Earthbound(You'll likely have to emulate)
2. Play copy of Earthbound
If you do not wish to commit to steps one or two, smack yourself until desired effect is achieved.

Laugh all you like, but I have a HUGE software collection that I never touch. Recently, I built a new AMD Athlon64 system, and was looking for some different games to play, and I found Baldur's Gate, Elder Scrolls III: Morrowwind, and Drakan in-hand! Of course, I had to dual-boot to 98SE to play Drakan, which kinda bites, but some of the kiddie games I have for my 5-year-old needed it, too.

I also play a lot with my Amiga 1000 now, since I got all the floppy drives back up and running. Always fun to rediscover old favorites like Leander, Shadow Of The Beast and Blood Money!

I don't think you would believe the list of games that I own. I am kind of a PC game junkie. I only play ONE, which happens to be EVE Online. But I buy a game, take it home, look at it, and put it on the shelf.

Sometimes I do get away from EVE long enough to finish off another game. I have finished No One Lives Forever, Deus Ex, Red Faction, Trespasser, and many others. I came close to completing American McGee's Alice, but got stuck on a hard part and eventually tired of it.

I own most of the Tomb Raider series. Also Shogun:Total War, -oh well, too many to recount here. I tried setting up a database and logging them all but it was too painstaking. I may get back to the eventually. I think Shogun and Alpha-Centauri take the prizes for most atmospheric. To tell you the truth, I could sit and discuss various aspects of the PC game world all day.

Thanks for starting this thread.

Cool Quake 2

I still play good old Quake 2. I play gladiator bots in the tourney mod for Quake 2. It's still a good deathmatch game and its truely a classic. Quake 2 was released December 1997.

Um...

I play ZZT. That's old. Very old. 1991 old.

I also play the Advanced Dungeons & Dragons Computer Product "Pool of Radiance", A Forgotten Realms Fantasy Role-Playing Epic, Vol. 1. for IBM PC (had diagram of what a floppy disk 3 1/2 incher was on the front). That IS OLD. 1988 old. Still looking for the sequal, Azure Bonds. But I'm reading the book for Azure Bonds. There's an ad for Pool of Radiance in the book Azure Bonds! It's so funny how old it is.

Well that's it. But I'm cool.

StarCraft
Diablo II: LoD
Slave Zero
SimAnt
SimCopter
Crusader: No Remorse (takes a bit of effort to get it to work considering it's a DOS game)
MDK 2
The Mechwarrior series (including the first one emulated, damn hard to control)
Baldur's Gate (first and second, and expansions)
Morrowind (not all that old)
Death Rally (also DOS-orienteD)
Star Wars Racer
StoneKeep
Daggerfall (still haven't finished it...)
Deadlock I and II
Duke Nukem I, II, and 3D
Wolfenstein 3D
Doom I
Galactix
Deus Ex
Battle Toads (emulated)
various Zelda (emulated)

Of course, it all depends on the mood. :P Sometimes I go a few years without playing one or another.

I play warcraft III RoC and TFT, both great games and a surprising number of people still play them.

StarCraft is still a good game too, as well as diablo
