anyone know how to change what my guy looks like for DOD or counter-strike?

I know about milk whatever but that you can't even use and try it out, you cant save any of your work and then test it out. I need some unitily or tool to edit the guys. If anyone could help me out that would great and i would love you.

The two games i would be interested in would be Day of Defeat and counter strike
