generals videos lag!!!

i got command and conquer generals, and the videos lagg, the opening and the mission breifings, whats wrong??
i would love to see the videos in generals and in zero hour.
my system
sempron 2800+ @ 1.60 ghz
512 mb pc2700
wd400bb 40gb hd
pci 64mb xfx geforce mx4000

is it the pci video card??

Hi snakeeater,

Its your VGA card, its only 64MB, that is the minimum specifications, I'd recommend having it replaced with at least a 128/256MB card.
