I would try to reinstall the game. It looks like it's missing some type of game file.

Probably not. In fact, if you have no video acceleration, don't bother buying the game at all.

I've got a Athlon 1.2 Ghz, GeForce 4 TI 4200 and 128 MB Ram, and Splinter Cell stutters sometimes...

Splinter Cell was disturbing. I unistalled the demo... I can blow out people's groin in CnC Renegade, but moving the corpse was just awful... You people are totally morally desensitized if you can honestly play that game without getting scared at night.

its to do with your graphics card it is very underpowered, upgrade it.
