I have a problem with games in Windows XP. If I have started a game, and i hit a key on the keyboard, the game quites and returns to the desktop. Has anyone an idea how to solve this?

Thanks in advance

If you are hitting the Windows key, then yes it's going to do that.

Also try running the games in Compatabillity mode. Just right click on the shortcut to the game, Goto Properties, and you will see a tab for Compatability.

If you are hitting the windows key, Practice not hitting it.

Compatibility Mode is often (not always) helpful if the program or game is on your hard drive. If the program or game is on a CD or on a network you will need to go to the Program Compatibility Wizard. Start > All Programs > Accessories > Program Compatibility Wizard.

Not all old programs or games can be made to function in XP.
