how to make it run on 98? splinter cell

it doesnt work in 98, wen i press on play then after showing SC logo , nothin happens, a black screen comes and there is no eror mesage? i have to reboot my comp since it it doesnt come bak in windoes

PS-it works in XP(i have dual booting)

i have i tried latest nvidia drivers, aslo i tried the nvidia omega drivers and installed dx9 ...still no luk i dono wat to do , i play all my games in 98, just coz of splinter cell i have to keep changing to XP, ......wat do i do to make it work?

Hmmm cant help you there man, i downloaded the demo of Splinter Cell, and i have a 1700, 512 ddr ram , g force 2 64 mb and it runs kinda slow on my machine, i also have win xp pro...... think its my video card, what do you think?

Be sure to install any available patches after installing the game. Check the website to see if there is any tech-support on this issue.

Make sure you have updated Windows 98 too.
