sims 2 - freezes

Everytime I play Sims 2 since I had my computer uppgraded it freezes after 10 minutes and I have to reboot my computer... HELP!

This could be due to a hardware fault....

I suspect it could either be a faulty memory module or faulty Graphics Card.
