Please tell me what to do and what to install to make it work...

If the error reads "failed to enumerate any DirectX 9 compatible graphics adapters in this system", your graphics card may need updating with the latest driver, or it may not be compatible with DirectX 9 in which case you will need to fit one that is.

If it's a laptop, fitting a new graphics card will not be possible of course.

Try updating to the latest driver for your existing card. Get the update either from the graphics-card manufacturer if it's a removable card, or from the PC manufacturer or motherboard manufacture if it's a non-removable on-board type.

If you don't know any of those details, download 'Belarc Advisor' and post it's system information log.
