Jerky/stuttering graphics

Hi all,

I seem to have a problem with jerky graphics when I play the AIX mod for Battlefield 2. My PC specs are as follows:

Gigabyte Geforce 9500GT
Pentium 2.4 GHz Dual core
250Gb HDD 7200RPM
Asus motherboard
2.5 Gb RAM
LG DVD/lightscribe writer/player

Whenever I seem to move my mouse/gun the graphics seem to become rather jerky and stutter. I have downloaded the latest driver V2.2.300.0 I have tried setting the settings overall to " performance" it seems to get worse than when I set it to "Quality" in the game I have set the settings to "Medium" and Anti-Aliasing to 8X.

Can anyone suggest what I do, Maybe the driver does not wor with this card or something. I have just bought the graphics card and dont want to buy another.

Any help would be much appreciated. PS I run XP

Try updating directx http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

Then uninstall the driver and try the driver that you got with your video card. (you should have a cd that came with it.)

I noticed you didn't post any specs on your graphics card either. With most games nowadays the only limitations the computer has are in the graphics card. So could you post model/specs? Thanks.
