Gaming Problems
I have recently gotten a new computer one that me and another guy built
the problem is that now i am having trouble with games on it, on online or any process the machine runs crazy fast but if i try and play call of duty4 or call of duty5 when ever it gets to the point where i am in map its like trying to drive a car with the parking brakes on it, move your mouse or with keyboard and then twelve seconds later it moves
Other information
My system XP
4 Gigs of RAM (but for some reason it only shows up as 2.93)
NVDIA 8400 series video card
problem happens on single player and online
have tried lowering every graphic/effect setting
if there is any ideas on fixing this please let me know
