Ok, vote for the console you like the best. And before you even think about saying something like ps2 are the best their not xbox are as the specs below show for each console.

Xbox:
733mhz processor
Nvidia Graphics 125 million polygons a second
64mb memory.

Gamecube:
485mhz processor
Ati graphics 6 to 12 million polygons a second.
40 mb memory.

Ps2:
300mhz processor
75million polygons a second
32 mb memory.

Now even though the Gamecube has only 6 to 12 million polygons a second it still kicks the PS2's @$$ as this link describes each consoles performance and graphics below.

My vote goes for PS2 sure it may have the "crapiest" graphics but im sticking with it through high and low and i just love the games on it, plus wait till ps3 comes out it will wipe the floor of all other consoles

I had all 3 consoles (I sold the Gamecube to the kid down the street) and I think that the XBOX is the best looking--- hands down. I keep the PS2 only because the choice in games is still better, but the XBOX library is slowly closing in. I like that you don't have to buy a memory card to save games, and the DVD player has a better image. The only 3 Drawbacks to the XBOX are that you have to buy the DVD remote to play a DVD, there are not as many games, and to use the digital sound capabilities of the XBOX, you have to buy a $40 dongle whereas the PS2 has an optical out built into the back panel.

The dvd image is not better on the xbox they are exaclly the same and if you have the driver update for the ps2 the ps2's image is sligthly better in bitrate conversion

Bull crap i know for a fact that xbox has a better Dvd system in it. Your just making up bolony to support ps2, the image is way better on the Xbox.

Yeah, the PS2 image is bad grainy. Xbox is clear as day. Also, it is alot faster to get to menu's and stuff.

Yeah well i am a an Xbox supporter, but because Xbox are going to be using Ati graphics i might go for Ps3 instead, and even though the ps3 is going to be extremely fast i wouldn't speak to soon about it going to be the best as we don't know what Microsoft and Gamecube have install for us.

so wat if xbox is slightly better than ps2?? its not ps2's fault if microsoft just HAD to join the competition

but ps2 has heaps more games compared to xbox and ps2 has a VARIETY of games, like fighting, RPG's, racing, bmx, skating etc...
AND the only popular games on XBOX are Dead or Alive 3 and HALO.... wow, how exciting............

You F#CKING hypocrite Angelpaw54, its funny how your the one who told me not to make assumptions about Athlon 64 being better than Pentium 5 if I don't have one, when have YOU EVER USED AND XBOX 2 OR A PS3, DO YOU EVEN KNOW HOW FAST THE XBOX 2 IS GOING TO BE NO YOU DON'T, SO HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT PS3 WILL BEAT THE CRAP OUT OF XBOX 2 HUH. And if you ask me the chances are slim that Microsoft will allow Sony to beat them with Ps3 because in case you haven’t forgotten Microsoft has a hell of a lot more money than Sony so they can make the Xbox 2 as strong as they want. So don’t bother criticizing Xbox 2 until it comes out okay sunshine or until you at least know anything about it Dumb@$$

And angelpaw54 there are many excellent titles on the Xbox not that you would know since you just talk out of your @$$ any way with out looking at the facts. Like the fact that everyone is voting for Xbox on this forum.

One more thing it’s obvious that people go for the console that’s the fastest because of the votes, even though Xbox doesn't have a huge game selection it is more popular because of its system specs. And just for you Angelpaw54 I will abbreviate system specs are what’s inside the console, don't strain yourself to hard.
