OK well last week I was trying to OC this chip and got it working to 2.3 by adjusting the FSB to 115FSB(20x). My cpu temp was at 70~71 with stock Heat/fan. So I put FSB back to factory @ 2.0 temp was at 69~70temp1(STOCK) its always been this temp since I got COMP. I just installed(today) an Aero 4 heatsink and fan along with arctic silver 5 thermal, to lower temp, but both speed fan and MBM show 69~70temp1 & ~40Ctemp2 same as before. At startup in BIOS, power setting read my temps @ 34Ctemp1 and 20Ctemp2. After installing this new Heatsink I'd expect my temp to drop and they havent, so any one have any suggestions as to why they are not low, are my temp too high? Did I install this Heat/fan right?
