UDMA/DMA and ATA

I have a Western Digital hard drive, 1200jb[model], 120gb, ATA-100, 5400 rpm. but i am confused. When i bought my motherboard..i found out it supports UDMA and PIO, not ATA....so i searched for a UDMA hard drive. and found it but it says ATA....i dont get it....Anyways, im also wondering if i upgrade my mother board --- could i get a motherboard that supports Ultra ATA 66/100/133 and PIO 4-0 modes to work w/ my hard drive?

Help appreciated
