Graphics card

I have an ATI Radeon question. I do a lot of video & home video editting. My current system is a P4 2.4G system with 1 gig of 2100 DDR & and an ATI Radeon 7500 AGP graphics card. I don't play a lot, if any 3-D games, primarily the video editting & DVD burning. I'm looking to upgrade my 7500. For the 2-D editting & burning that I do, will the ATI Radeon 9200($99) be good enough, or should I spend the extra bucks & get the ATI Radeon 9600($199) which is supposed to be a very good "3-D" card???

Hi there,

I'm running a 32 MB 9200 Mobility on my laptop, and I seems fine for pretty much anything I throw at it, short of Doom3/HL2/etc. I've even managed to play Need For Speed: Underground on it at decent graphics settings with no lag.

Unless you're into gaming a lot, don't spend the extra money.

Hope this helps.
