Cyberpower Sli

Im looking to get a Cyberpower Gamer Ultra Sli Elite and i have a few questions first is Cyberpower a good company? ive nothing about them. here is the specs i looking to buy im looking to configure it so i can upgrade it in the future. there are other things im going to add after cause i can get it cheaper plus i dont have the cash right now to get all the features i want like 2GB Ram total a 5.1 sound card and 5.1 speakers and an additional Video card for Sli.

X-Navigator Case (See at newegg)
939-pin AMD ATHLON64 3500+ 2.2Ghz 512 L2 cache
ASUS A8N SLI Deluxe
512 MB PC3200 Corsair XMS (will upgrade shortly after purchase)
MAXTOR 200GB 7200 RPM Serial ATA 150
EVGA GEFORCE 6800 GT 256MB PCI-E (just one for now)
SONY 16X DVD-ROM
SONY DWD-22A DUAL FORMAT DUAL LAYER 16X DVD±R/±RW DRIVE
Windows XP Media Center 2005 Edition w/TV-Tuner & Phillips Remote
and of course the other regular stuff flopy card readers mouse keyboard and software
all this for $1720
almost forgot no monitor i have a 19" CRT i like already.
unless you know where i can get a good 17" LCD for $150

thats what im looking to spend initially. what do you think? is this a good deal? do you think that i could build the same system myself for cheaper? Does any other sites offer the same components for cheaper? any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I hope you're still there; I think cyberpower is a scam to tell you the truth - I also think that they do not have very good service, and sometimes ship horrible parts. That's just my opinion, check with others.
