Question Do SATA hard drives run hotter than PATA?

Generally speaking, if the rpm, size, and usage is the same, do SATA hard drives run hotter than PATA?

im guerssing they would run a bit hotter, but by like maybe 1-2 degrees celcius.

SATA/ATA150 is only 17mbps faster than the traditional PATA/ATA133, so im guessing it would run a tiny bit warmer, but there should be no significant difference

Hey thanks, I couldn't find info for this. I just had a overheating issue with my sys and was kind of curious if I got one. Thanks!
