Question What RAM goes with my system?

Hiyas,

I'm shopping for a laptop, and I'm trying to figure out what RAM to put into it (because getting it pre-installed is crazy money - like, $800!) So, I hope someone can help me...

The laptop I'm looking at is Fujitsu N6010, and its processor has 533MHz FSB. It comes with DDR333 RAM. Does that indicate whether or not the system is compatible with DDR2?

How much RAM (DDR and, if that's an option, DDR2) can I put into the system that makes sense?

My guess is DDR400 if it's not compatible with DDR2 because that seems to be as fast as DDR RAM gets, and if it is compatible with DDR2, then 533 because that's also the FSB speed. But then, I read something about DDR2 doubles the clock speed, and I get really confused...
