HP Laptop-RAM

I am looking to upgrade the RAM/ Memory on my machine and was wondering which cards will work with my machine.

It's a HP Pavilion Laptop, ze4930us.

Also, do you have to crack the case to do this?? I am technically inclined (was a service technician for a major wireless carrier for five years) and was hoping that I could do it myself.
