Graphics Tablet Advice Needed

Hi

I have decided to buy a graphics tablet (or digitizer) since i i do lots of web animation, and photo editing. Theonly problem i have is finding one that suits me well. I've done some research on the Wacom tablets and the Aiptec ones. So far i havent heard any good things about Aiptec and Wacom is just a little too pricey. I was hopeing to get a 6x8 one but i found another company that makes digitizers: Adesso. They have a 12x9 for about $140.00 (Cybertablet 12000). I cant find any reviews on their products though. If anyone can help me out, either by telling me if Adesso is any good, or by telling me of some other graphix tablet manufacturer, id appreciate it.

Thanks for taking the time to help me out.

ps: I dont want to spend more than about $150.00 (depending on the size of the tablet).
