How does this sound?

What do you think about this setup?
I don't play alot of games on my PC and when I do they are sim. games like civ 4, AOM and Total War. I will be using AutoCAD 2006 more then anything. Well my last MB died and to upgrade that I need to update everything. So what i am looking at getting is this:

-ASUS P4P800SE Socket 478 Intel 865PE ATX Intel
-Intel Celeron D 325 (330 or 335) Prescott
-512 PC 3200 RAM
-geforce FX 5500 256mb (Have Already)

The reason I am going with the celeron D is because I am poor. If any has any suggestion about using something else let me know.

thanks

If you can stretch your budget a P4 with HT will give better results when working with CAD also a 800mhz fsb would be better as would 1gb of ram.

I hate to say it but the graphics card is kind of low end too, I guess your budget will dictate what you purchase.

The P4P800 is a good rock solid board.

All in all the setup you describe will run what you wish to run, but it will be a little slow in intense programmes.
