I am being offered the below system for Malaysia Ringgit RM 1580 (US$ 421.464). I will be using the PC for VOIP and word processing mainly. Urgent reply needed.

Price seem to be OK....and I would take the RAM upgrade to 512 Meg at least.....I don't see anything about the operating system ? is it XP or 2000 or does it have operating system at all ??
