Thermaltake Bigwater SE Cooling system - Need Help!!!!

Hi I built a new comp recently with the following specs:

VIDEO - 2x XFX PVT42GUAD7 Geforce 6800GS 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card
DUAL SLI CONFIGURATION

In RAID 0 array for performance

Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD2500KS 250GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM
For Media Storage

OPTICAL - IDE MASTER 1 - LG GSA-4167B Black 16x DVDRW-LG-4167B-16xB
IDE MASTER 2 - BENQ 1620 DVD-RW
SAMSUNG Black 1.44MB 3.5" Internal Floppy Drive
Sunbeam SP-BA Black Super Panel with 20-in-1 Card Reader

SOUND - Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS Gamer Limited Edition

CASE - ASPIRE X-CRUISE -BK Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
POWER SUPPLY - Ultra X-Connect X2 550 Watt ATX 24 Pin Modular Power Supply-- Titanium

ACCESORIES - 2x Internal UV LIGHT, 2 internal 80mm blue led case fans.

First off I would like to add an accessory to the cooling system, the movement tracker.... So how do I drain the fluid without damaging anything or spills?

Second what are there any tweaks I can do to get the most out of the system?

Oh and is there a better way to rearrange the tubes so that the cooling is maximized?

Thank you for all and any help you can give me,

Ilya
