Hardware recommendations for watching analog and HDTV on my PC

I am seeking recommendations on what hardware to purchase to watch Analog , HDTV and free to air digital tv.I'm looking for hardware that includes HDTV antenna and remote.
Seeking recommendations for VCR card also.
What are the system requirements for making this conversion?
