**dell Dimension Power Problems***

Hi there people i just picked up a dell dimension computer from my uncles work place and for some buzzar reason its not powering up, i ve checked all the voltages from the supply and the current comes upto the switch but doesnt turn on!!! ive even checked the switch its fine so have you guys got any ideas?????
