Vid Card Help/ MB help

I was just wondering if there was a website that shows what kind of motherboard I have. I would open my computer up and look, but I am in a different country right now and I am planning on ordering a new vid card to be sent to my home address. Now for the Vid card question. I was wondering if my emachines T6520 MB could run a XFX GeForce 7900 GT 256Mb GDDR3 Vid card. Any advice would help.
