Need Advice For New Video Card

I'm planning to get myself a new video card next week but I want to have a good one yet not so expansive. And I need you advice. I'm planning to spend $500 or maby a bit more if needed. The video card should be good enough to run Oblivion on high graphics. If its not possible to buy a video card like that for such a price then tell something else, but if its a bit more then $500, im willing to spend it. My motherboard is a P4S800 (DDR 400 and AGP 8X).

7800GS maybe, not knowing which country you're from makes it hard to define a price tag though

EDIT: Reviews at Toms Hardware and AnandTech
