My new fan

Hey guys. I got the accelero x1 for my 7900 GTX and installed just like the instructions said. But somethings wrong, my temps are way high not even like they used to be, can't game right now for fear of crashing constantly. Does anybody know why it's not working? should i send it back?
Thanks,
Fish.

Lots of detail but short on facts friend.
Are you suggesting the fan is not working? (the post's Title indicates)
Is it connected correctly....some install instructions are poorly translated.....yet I think most connectors are polarised, so reversing the fan wiring should be mighty difficult.
The other poster suggests the fan itself is blowing the wrong way - I agree this won't help...... but is it blowing ....and why not?
These obvious questions have to be answered first....
You are right bto be wary of running chips at temperature - every 10deg C halves the life of silicon...it is said.
