Need quieter PC fans

WOW I've had this annoying fan noise in my PC for the past 9 months or so. I didn't mind it until recently. It's driving me crazy. I'm not exactly sure which fan is making the noise, but I think it might be the CPU fan. I have a 3.0 Ghz P4 processor and the PC has about....5 or 6 fans (cpu, psu, 3 case fans, etc)

I really want to change (almost) all my PC fans to much much much quieter models. Any ideas about what I'm supposed to look for? If you reccomend any great fan models/manufacturers, that'd be great. Price is...well...not that big of an issue, but I dont wanna spend about $70/fan here.
