Need a good graphics card

i wanted to get a good graphics gard for my PC
i have Intel Pentium 4 HT on Intel D865G Motherboard supporting 1 AGP 8x slot
suggest me a good graphics gard
also is 128 MB good enough or should i go for 256 MB card
alspo it must not be very expensive

I am either going to get a GeForce 7600 GT KO or a GeForce GT CO. The Ko is about the same as the CO except for it has 560 memory clock and the co has 580 memory clock. These are the best cards that i found that meet my budget. Which one would be better. im assuming its the co but if anyone has had any experience with them please let me know which one you would reccomend.

I would suggest getting the SAPPHIRE Radeon X850XT over the 7600 GT, its the same price and faster...
