A soundcard with Stereo Mix?

I am looking for a sound card (preferably cheap) that has a stereo mix recording feature so I can record streaming media over the internet. At first I was under the impression all sound cards were able to do this but when I got my Dell XPS 400 with a Creative Soundblast card, boy did I find out I was wrong. Right now I have an old Turtle Beach Santa Cruz soundcard that came from my old Dell which is a definite no no so I need to get a sound card very quickly, I just don't know what sound cards have this feature.

Can anybody help me out? Whenever I e-mail the companies asking if their sound cards support this, they never respond.

My system is running Windows Media Center in case that's any importance.

You can walk into any computer store and get a decent sound card for under $40.

Hm, very interesting. When I contacted Creative they told me that card didn't have that feature but the proof is in your screen cap. I'll check out the software and if that's there I'll just re-enable it.

Edit: What's the name of the creative software you're using? Right now I only have the Andrea voice center.

I have 2 sound cards in my Pc, 1 an on board realtek card and a Creative Pci card, BOTH, have stereo mix on it.

It might depend on the card I guess.
