An E-Book Reader

Iīm looking for piece of hardware which is a reader of various common document file formats.
I havenīt heard of anything that really fits what Iīm looking for which is

Thoughts on an E-book Reader ( a handheld device)

The reader should be light weight, about the weight of an average “mass market” popular paperback novel..

The screen for reading should be about as large as the same paperback novel when it is opened for reading 2 pages side by side.

A selection of different font sizes should be available
A very limited selection of easily readable font styles should also be available (optional)

The screen/monitor should be self regulatory for glare and shadow(optional)

The reading material should be through ports for floppy disc, CD/DVD, and USB sticks; or any other data storing device

File formats that can be read are those common to Ms Word(ie txt, doc, rtf, html)

A graphics viewer might be optional.

Can someone , please, offer me specific names of parts I would need to order it built or even get help building it myself?
Thank you!
