P4 3.06GHz x86 or x64

I have a P4 3.06GHz (Northwood),512KB L2 cache, 533MHz system bus.

I'm trying to figure out whether its a 32 bit processor or a 64 bit processor

any ideas? Thanks in advance!

32bit I'd say, I think all Northwoods were.

Get CPU-Z and look on the CPU page, if you don't have the EM64T that I have highlighted then it's 32bit for sure.

thanks guys, another thing what software would be the best for reading the motherboard & CPU Temperature? I've heard that some people use the BIOS (as in boot the PC up run a game then reboot and look at the BIOS temp ?!?! wtf ?!?!). I know 3rd party software isn't always reliable but I just need a program that reads it and gives me a rough idea.
