Last post. Possibly worded stupidly.

Ok, I saw the post on how to ask a question. I believe that my question fell into the catagory of stupid ones. I would like to overclock my video card. Can anyone tell me possible links where there are step by step instructions.

start with the reg hack that unlocks the built in tweaker. and do some research into what your card originally clocks at. it is way too easy to guess wrong, and push the card too hard. start with little steps and bump it up ever so slightly. then run a game for a while to check for instability.

also download, install, and use something like FRAPS. it gives you a pretty good indication of whether you've helped or hurt your settings.
and, thanks for the "thank you."

Sorry, meant to make that a link. FRAPS It is just a frame rate counter. It runs alongside whatever game you want, and it has a little yellow number indicating how many frames per second your card is shucking out. Nice for trying to see if you have done any good or not.
