thanks guys, another thing what software would be the best for reading the motherboard & CPU Temperature? I've heard that some people use the BIOS (as in boot the PC up run a game then reboot and look at the BIOS temp ?!?! wtf ?!?!). I know 3rd party software isn't always reliable but I just need a program that reads it and gives me a rough idea.

i use speedfan,, its reads cpu temps and core temps of the die ..also chassis temps and fan speeds ,,you can even adjust your fan speeds. http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php
