New parts + Compatability Check

Hi all. Im looking to upgrade my computer and I have a few questions before I start buying the parts.

This is the setup I'm planning:

Cpu - Intel core 2 duo e6750
Mobo - Asus P5k LGA 775 Intel P53k ATX Intel Motherboard.
HDD(internal) - Seagate 160GB 7200rpm
HDD(external) - Calvalry CAXM37500 500GB 7200rpm USB 2.0/eSATA
RAM(if above not compatible) - A-Data 1GB (2x512MB)240 pin DDr2 SDRAM DDR2 800

1) Could anyone recommend a cooling system for me?

2) Could anyone recommend a PSU for me?

3) Would these sticks of ram (Samsung 1rx8 Pc2-4200U 444-12 d3) be compatible with this mobo (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...E16813131180)?

I don't know much about power usage or cooling so I am asking you guys for advice. Just in case, I already own the internal HD and the ram in question.
