Video Card and Motherboard

I'm looking to upgrade my video card to do some good gaming like halo 2, cnc, call of duty 4, oblivion, fear, those type games that require a nice graphics card. I'm lookin to spend between 75 and 140 bucks, but i dunno which cards are compatible with my motherboard. Any suggestions? Help please!

get belarc or cpuz to check your motherboard make and model..if its recent it will be pci-e 16 if its about 5 years old it could be agp. if its pci-e your can get a good g-force gt model that will handle anything. or ati card what ever one you prefer..myself i prefer nvidia g-force card as the drivers have no issues..the choice is yours.
