Looking For A New Video Card

I currently have a NVIDIA GeForce 6200 PCI card. I want to upgrade. My system is:
Amethyst-M Board
Phoenix BIOS
ATI RS482 Chipset
AMD Athlon 64 3200+ @ 2000MHz
1.5 gig Ram
Philips 190C flat Monitor

I understand my board has 3 x PCI slots and 1 x PCI-E slot. I do not game but often watch videos (Sky News etc) which always freeze and buffer before continuing after a minute or two.

I do NOT want to spend more than about £80 or so. Direct shopping is not really an option, as out here (France) only places such as LeClerc's and Auchan have these cards (I have never found a specialist computer shop yet) so it is Ebay or an online seller.
Any advice is welcome.

What you want to do and looking at your PC specs a new card will make no difference. Its your internet connection.

Thanks Monty007 - although we do have broadband here (ADSL), my connection is only 512k as I am at the extreme edge/limit. Am told there's no likelyhood of improvement in the near future.

The only thing you can do is when you go to a site that has a video while it is downloading press the pause button so it will buffer a bit more, then play.
