Ram help

Hi,
Can anyone tell me which ram would be best to use with an intel Q9300 & an Asus P5K Premium mobo. The cpu is 1333,fbs & the spec for the main says it can handle up to 1066 ram.
Should I go with 4gb 800 or 2gb 1066.

I would go for the 1066. Less division, faster speed. Don't forget to set the ram voltage and latency settings.
