Power Supply: Am I In The Right Webpage?

Hello,

I have to develop a power supply and I really don't have much idea on how to get it done. It needs to operate off of a standard 220V wall socket and I think the voltage level is between 5-12V (i think)?

Can anyone please assist me with this or am in the wrong forum?

I will appreciate the soonest reply.

God Bless!
