Upgrading a geforce 6000

I am taking on the task of upgrading my sisters Dell inspiron for the new world of warcraft expansion. It has a old integrated geforce in the low 6000 with 16 - 256 mb shared video memory. 2.1 ghz duel core athelon, 1 gig memory. Im thinking about sticking a geforce 8400 256mb in it. how much of a difference would i see? Thanks!
