High Density vs. Low Density RAM

What I am wanting to know, is there a way by looking at a ram chip to tell weather it is a High Density or Low Density chip?

I was going to stick some more ram in the kids computer. I have some ram chips but they are High Density chips and I can't use them because I need Low Density. I seen some on ebay that I can pick up pretty cheap but they don't say weather they are High or Low Density. I was wondering if there was something on the chip itself or maybe on the sticker that would indicate what kind of chip it was?

Thanks,
Ren
